These terms govern your use of joingrowth365.com and your enrolment in Grow365 programmes. This is a template prepared for launch; have it reviewed by legal counsel in your operating jurisdictions before going live.
Enrolment and seats
Reserving a seat through the website does not require payment; enrolment is confirmed once fees are paid or a corporate purchase order is accepted. Seats are limited per batch and allocated in order of confirmed enrolment.
Grow365 may reschedule or cancel a batch that does not reach minimum enrolment; in that case you may transfer to another batch or receive a full refund of any fees paid.
Course materials and intellectual property
Course materials, recordings and templates are provided for your personal professional development and may not be redistributed, resold or used to deliver competing training without written permission.
Certificates
Certificates of completion are issued to learners who meet the attendance and assessment requirements stated for each programme. Grow365 certificates document course completion; where third-party certifications (such as PMI or ISO personnel certifications) are relevant, they are administered by those bodies and their fees and rules apply.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to access other users' data, or submit false information through our forms.
Liability
Grow365 provides training with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any programme is limited to the fees paid for that programme.
